Jobs Pledge

Florida legislators were asked to sign a Jobs Pledge stating their opposition to efforts to "redirect, raid, divert or sweep" dollars from the State Transportation Trust Fund.

Current Florida legislators – and candidates for the Legislature in the upcoming 2010 Elections – are encouraged to publicly pledge NOT to “sweep” badly-needed Jobs Creating dollars from the Transportation Trust Fund.

A version of the Jobs Pledge for Gubernatorial candidates has also been created. Florida Attorney General and GOP Candidate for Governor Bill McCollum has signed this Pledge.
