October 24, 2005 - The 2nd Annual PPP Americas Summit will take place at the Capitol Hilton hotel in Washington, D.C. December 5-7, 2005. This forum on Public Private Partnerships is being cosponsored by the U.S. Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration. Among the speakers slated to appear are U.S. DOT Secretary Norm Mineta, Florida Senator Mel Martinez, and two speakers who have participated in past FBT Leadership Retreats -- Tyler Duvall with the U.S. DOT and Bob Poole from the Reason Foundation.
