June 12, 2006 - Ask Governor to Sign Local Option Rental Car Surcharge bill - The 2006 Legislature passed SB 1350 giving counties the OPTION of asking their voters to approve a $2 increase in the surcharge on rental cars, and using the dollars to meet their local transportation needs.
